Adding POS Charge for Groups

Users can choose whether a POS charge must be added for a group reservation. The new section, Point of Sale, is added under the Folios & Routing Rules tab (Search ➜ Groups ➜ Group Reservation ➜ Folio & Routing Rules). The POS setting, by default, is set depending on the default payment method.

Users can manually change POS setting by selecting the following options:

  • Allow charges - To include charges from external POS systems.

  • Do not allow charges - To not include charges from external POS systems.
